Review on TableCoaster Ultimate Anti Spill Drink Holder by Felicia Arnold

I'm a mega clumsy. I used to spill an average of two drinks a week on the next table - no exaggeration, I'm just distracted and not particularly prone to spatial thinking. My friends joked that I needed a leak proof mug. I also have two cats. I've had this particular stand for over a year now and use it at my bedside several times a day. I knock on it fairly regularly and I've spilled ZERO of the drinks it contained. None, and I accidentally hit him. I usually put tin cans and jars in it and don't even use an insert to make it more airtight (a jar won't fit anyway) - it still doesn't spill. In fact, sometimes I worry when I'm not at home and I have to be a normal adult and watch where my elbows are in relation to my drink. Note: it's not *that* great for tall glasses, but it still works pretty well! Two people in my life have mobility and tremor issues and tipping over drinks is a big problem for them. I bought it for both of them and they both told me that it was a turning point for them and has greatly improved their quality of life. I love this thing, it means a lot to me (and my carpet/furniture) and it's worth every penny. 10/10.PS - I've looked at some other reviews and had a few words to add regarding the base and adhesion: - The neoprene base has an extremely strong hold - it *feels like a strong adhesive even though it is removable. neoprene, and it's a little hard to remove once you've placed it. However, if you remove it properly (once when I had to move it, I carefully stabbed the edge with a knife until I could get a hold of it), it detaches and sticks again, just as firmly as before. But once it's there, it's not going anywhere unless you really work at it. I personally consider this a plus; I know it won't slip and I have it where I want it. I just wouldn't recommend you carry it around - I'd pick one place and stick with it. - Do not place it on a painted surface or any delicate surface. It will likely strip paint or possibly varnish when removed. But it works great on harder surfaces. And for the gentleman who said it was slippery and needed a grippy bottom, you should remove the protective plastic from the bottom my friend.
