Great bed, great service, would recommend!
This bed is easy to put together I would say 10 minutes max from opening the box to completion. Just watch out for rungs that have a hole because they go down the middle and will be the first and last to be screwed into other supports. No need for a box spring bed. I bought an 8 inch mem foam mattress and it works and feels great. The bed holds up well, I would say it's not a bed to jump on but to sleep in, sit and just lie down, work on your laptop, read and that's perfect. Your customer service is better than excellent. I have already bought two of these for my daughters.
