This product is a game changer. I went from exhausted to a day wanting to throw up and was sick for the next 24 hours+. After using this after BJJ. All my muscle aches were gone by the next morning and I'm ready to go. Even the rather sore muscle in my chest felt like it never happened the next morning. Almost magical! The only problem I have is that they only offer one flavor. It's good. But I'm tired of having the same taste over and over again. The size of the container is also quite small for the price.
