Effective, but a word of warning! ⚠️
This is the strongest urea product that I know that does not require a prescription. This is a strong gel that eliminates calluses, but it must be used with care because it is too good! I had extreme flaking and dryness on my feet and realized I needed to use it less frequently and layer lots of moisturizer on top once it absorbed and dried. I have psoriasis on my feet and some nails and this has helped with both although it hasn't completely eliminated it. It definitely helps thin out thickened nails. Just remember to patch test to use it slowly.
