Everything is fine and while working
The screen protector is very thin and covers my iPad doesn't start screen from edge to edge. I know it's designed so cases don't lift the screen protector. I don't know how it will compare to other screen protectors but I assume they are thin because the Apple Pencil will not register if it is not thin enough. I would really like it if the screen protector covered the entire front glass of my iPad and was easier to apply. I think that's the main goal at the moment, to avoid scratches.
