When I started using the product, I noticed that the chemical in the product came off the water, settled to the bottom of the bottle and hardened. When shaken, it becomes cloudy and most of the chemical remains at the bottom of the tube. I use the product every day and never thought to check the status of my purchase (7/31/16) until I started using it when my current stock ran out. I have always bought it from a local salon and will do so again. I am happy to send these 2 back to you for review with no replacement or refund to ensure no other 'PRIME' member has the same issue.
