This backup works quite well but is hardly original; There have been similar microSD/SD backup devices on the market for years, with the only difference being that a cable is required to connect to a phone or tablet. others have an integrated Lightning or microUSB connector, as well as a USB-A connector. The software works well enough if you can ignore some weird languages and questionable UI options. It copied 6,500 photos and videos from my phone to a microSD card in about 30 minutes. After disconnecting the telephone cable, the cube can be used as a memory card. Unfortunately, it's too wide and blocks the adjacent port, which is a big problem for USB-C devices. It should be modified to either limit its width or to put a pigtail in place of the USB-C connector that sticks straight out of the cube. Overall it works quite well, but there are much cheaper alternatives that work just as well.
