I was concerned about this as most of these things don't fit my big boy, he is a stuffy ("pitty") who weighs 75 pounds and 21 inch counts neck, 31 inch chest and 24 inch back length, I ordered "XXL" and it fits very well! If I try to zip it all the way up or close the top clasp near his neck, it gets too tight, so I just leave the top clasp undone. The hood, which is usually useless on dog jackets, actually fits over his head. Seems like it and we haven't tested it in the rain yet, but I love it for looks and fit.
