Had to return Honey was too big. The little one was too short on the back, his back was open, which made it difficult to wear a rain jacket. The hood covered his eyes. If he had had slits for his ears, he would have stayed.

I really like this product. Besides how cute it looks on my dog, it's perfect because it covers his tummy and protects him from spray and mud on rainy days. The coat is also nicely tailored and feels well tailored. I'm glad I got it right and the medium size turned out to be perfect for him, although the measurements indicated it would fit a small. For reference, my dog is a cross between a Maltese and a Spitz.

I previously bought this red coat for my dog Londine and recently ordered the same blue one for Lennon. The only downside I have is that the Lightning Hound is a little hard to hit, but other than that I love them! You are super cute! I haven't really tried them yet, I bought them because I was on vacation before the whole trip lasted a month and wanted to be ready for next time. I'm also glad they have removable hoods because my dogs don't like things on their heads.

I was concerned about this as most of these things don't fit my big boy, he is a stuffy ("pitty") who weighs 75 pounds and 21 inch counts neck, 31 inch chest and 24 inch back length, I ordered "XXL" and it fits very well! If I try to zip it all the way up or close the top clasp near his neck, it gets too tight, so I just leave the top clasp undone. Very good quality. The only issue I had was the width of the arms. It was too small and the position of the arm cuffs made it a bit awkward to put on and walk down stairs/jump into a car (a few inches back and too close together). I could see that my dog wasn't having 100% full range of motion. more like 85-90%. I can see that it wobbles a bit, so I've been hesitant about whether to return it or not (but have since skipped that window). So I want to try to figure out how to extend/customize it.

My order was not completed because I need a larger size. I have already ordered the next size up (small) for my 11lb Havana cheese. I'll try to update after I get the correct size (hopefully).
