These zippered sandwich bags are comparable in size and thickness to the popular brands of zippered bags I usually use. They lack a few minor amenities of the well-known brand. The double zip doesn't change color when closed so you know you've closed the bag tightly and the top lacks the pull tab that the famous brand has, making it easy to separate the top halves to reveal the bag to open. The value proposition of this product depends on where you typically buy your lunch bags. Price wise these bags were a very good deal at the time of writing this review compared to branded bags at my local grocery store, priced about the same as branded bags in major stores but about 50% more expensive than branded bags.
