I introduced this sand to my grandsons, ages 3 and 5. They love it! I set up a plastic table cover either on the table or floor and let them dig in. Unlike regular sand, (and we live in Florida), this coolsand has the ability to be molded perfectly! Sand castles, buildings, etc hold their shape.Over time I've accumulated castle molds, shapes, various animals, etc. If you haven't any sand molds, use your imagination and provide plastic spoons, small containers, forks to make lines, hollow alphabet letters, things to stamp into the sand, and so on. While a little mess is inevitable with kids, a simple broom sweep takes care of it. In a world where everything is digital, I appreciate options for my grandsons that allow for interactive kids play using their own hands and a little imagination!.
