We love it! We needed a seat belt for our girl, we did enough research and made sure to buy a crash tested seat belt! I like that the seat belt clip is metal with velcro. This allows you to quickly close the Velcro and leave in an emergency. But in the event of a sudden stop, both the clip and the Velcro will hold. My Pocket Pitty 48# fits snugly in size Large. I'm taking off a star for "durability" because the adjustable shoulder straps are ALSO adjustable! We tie them up to fit her and after a day out they grow back as long as possible because the straps are so silky/hard to hold. (I hope that makes sense). We plan to use tacky or hot glue to create stiffness that will keep the strap from slipping in place. Our friend loves it too, she's obviously comfortable because she's never itchy or trembling (like her collar) and WALKS to the door and hops like a bunny when we show her this (so she's got the "riding" linked - which is absolutely charming). I would recommend this trailer!
