I'm 6'4", 200 lbs, 36" inseam. Based on the website's recommendations, I ordered and received XXL. The length was a bit short, about 1 inch above the ankle. The waist was at least a 38 or 40, I'm 34. I had to support her when I wasn't on the bike. I drive thirty miles every two hours. Day I'm not complaining about the padding, I found that these pants don't give much warmth when riding in thirty to forty degrees. I bought another pair of breeches from another company, they fit, are warmer and are made in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
