Review on Manufacturing 56314 Custom Wiring Harness by Brett Tierney

This is the second CURT trailer light controller I have purchased for two different vehicles. This unit comes with special connectors that fit the original wiring harness. It makes installation so easy. This device was installed in the Kia Optima 2016. This car requires a cable from the trunk to the battery in the front. This was the hardest part of the installation. I crawled under the car and over the panel. So it wasn't very difficult, but it took a little while. The rest was easy. I routed the trailer light wire through the rubber grommet on the floor of the trunk under the spare wheel, not over the edge of the trunk. That way I can leave the wire zip attached to the bottom of the clutch. Lighting works great. Easy installation.
