My husband bought this for me for Christmas and I thought it was an odd gift but it was one of the best things he did ever had me I have severe Rheumatoid Arthritis and cannot stand on one leg to wash my feet in the shower. While the suction cups don't seem to hold it in place, placing it near the edge of the shower or resting one foot on it while you clean your other foot still works well. I like the top larger "brushes" for cleaning behind the toes. Because my arthritis has deformed my toes, it still allows me to brush under and between my toes.
