Review on Kuhn Rikon Swiss Peeler 4 Inch by Maria Taglienti

Pros: The blade is very sharp and cuts through potato skins quickly. Disadvantage: The handle is very thin and feels heavy in the hand. This tool was certainly designed by a tool - by someone who obviously doesn't work in the kitchen. I have big hands and it was difficult for me to hold this knife. I had to balance it with my index, middle, and thumb fingers to get a good enough grip to peel the potatoes. Even the edges of the non-rounded side are sharp! Why couldn't Kun-Rikon just curve both sides and still leave a gap? idiots! My blade is still intact and very sharp. I'll be looking for a replacement soon - something I can hold on to and still pull back like a Rösle.
