The product is beautiful and of high quality, but the straps do not stay at the set height. I have to adjust them every time I put them on or take them off. Very annoying. Because the zippers close all the way, when I'm in the store and I need to get my wallet or whatever, my stuff in the bag falls out. The side pockets are no better. This is not a comfortable bag for everyday use. It's useful as a kind of baggage, fill it up and throw it away, but you don't need it to access its contents on a regular basis. I wouldn't put it in my wallet.
