The ability to assign tasks, create task lists, track progress of projects & manage clients/projects in one place makes it very easy for me as an admin! I can also see which client has not logged into their account recently or last time they updated something specific within our system - this helps us keep tabs at all times when we need them most (ie if there are any issues with billing). It's great that you have access via mobile devices too so no excuses now about forgetting your laptop somewhere else ;) You must use some sort of password manager like 1Password though otherwise logging back onto my computer from another device would be quite difficult due security concerns around accessing files stored locally without knowing passwords etc.
