Almost sent back because the battery doesn't seem to charge. I decided to keep charging the battery and after a few hours the charging light started flashing, indicating the battery was indeed charging. I believe the battery was completely dead upon arrival, but I continued to charge the battery fully and now the headphones are working fine. I have to say these are possibly the best headphones I have and the equalizer app is fantastic. Don't go back, just make sure the battery is fully charged, good luck.
