Review on Wusthof Gourmet Point Paring 3 Inch by Jessi Hodges

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Quality that paring knives don't have

I have owned this set of knives for over 20 years. I wanted to add some knives and a new pair of scissors. My set is very good and I've been trying to find a range of knives to match the existing ones. I was so disappointed when these scissors arrived. They don't open and close smoothly. The handle of the knife is narrow and flat. Uncomfortable to hold and I have small hands. I ended up buying a paring knife at the Harris Teeter grocery store and it's great! It has a good balance. The handle is larger and feels comfortable and durable. Rounded edges make it comfortable to hold. I like using it. Also not that expensive.
