Poor customer service Fluker's

Update 01/12/2013: Well it's broken again. I dont do this. We went with the Zoomedic. Hope it works better. I bought a 150w Fluker ceramic heater for my fiancee's hedgehog. Hedgehog hopefully enjoying the heat (I don't know if he's really glowing as much as he should, he doesn't feel hot); However, I did not like that the threads on the base were destroyed very quickly. Every few days I had to take the lamp out, rethread it, and put it back in. Finally I decided to call Fluker because they say it has to work for 5 years. Turns out I accidentally called Zoo Med thinking I had purchased the Zoo Med ReptiCare 150W Ceramic Infrared Emitter. I would really like to. I called them, someone answered right away, asked for my Revain bill and was willing to mail it to me. When I finished the bill I was embarrassed and told them I had called the wrong company which was a shame because then I had to call Fluker. When I called her there was much laughter followed by a moment of silence. followed by a voice simply saying "Fluker's". I explained the situation to the support rep who didn't seem to care or understand what I was asking her about. When I finally mentioned that I bought it from Revane, she seemed too confused to tell me it was Revane's problem. Revain has to care about the quality of its products. Luckily Revain was good enough to replace it for me, but if it breaks again I'll switch to Zoo Med. Overall it works (I think) but I'd really like to buy another brand.
