I had a horrible time using USA Golf's online store recently. Unfortunately, my search for high-quality massage equipment to alleviate my back discomfort was fruitless. My painful muscles weren't helped by the massage balls I got because they were too rigid and unpleasant to use. I was also disappointed by the low quality of the foam roller I bought. The foam substance quickly tore apart and the toy lost its shape after only a few usage. The inadequate and rude responses I received from customer care left me feeling like I had made a mistake in contacting them. They didn't care about my problems and didn't want to help me find a way out of them. Because of this, I was left feeling quite discouraged and unhappy. If you're in the market for premium massage supplies, I wouldn't suggest shopping via USAGA's online store. The items are subpar, and the support staff is rude and uninformed. Don't bother with this place if you're in need of a massage.
