Excellent condition. It's built like a tank. The base is heavy so you can easily place an iPad table (9.7 inch) on it. The mount comes with a number of wrenches that you can use to tighten the connections should they ever come loose. The base of the stand has small rubber pads to keep it from slipping or scratching what you put it on. I first bought it for my mom because every time she spoke to me from her tablet (she put it on the coffee table) all I could see was the back of her neck. Now she can raise her desk almost to eye level. I bought the same one for my office. I highly recommend this stand.
