I did not anticipate that my purchase of vertuo next, which I made five months ago, would lead to ongoing breakdowns. I could only prepare 60 capsules in the time I had because the machine needs to be cleaned every other time. You spend an hour on the phone with the operator while you run around it with a tambourine to switch on the coffee brewing mode (the regular cleaning mode does not turn on, which nearly makes the company staff look foolish!). You may have believed it to have worked, but the next capsule contains the same result. Once more, you will have an hour of entertainment if you call the technical support number. Also, everyone is unconcerned by the fact that the capsules are all in the trash. There appears to be a cap on the number of capsules Nespresso would accept for recycling. This device is something I want to discard. I warn every one of my friends to avoid making the same mistake I did and to refrain from purchasing this abomination!
