I have arthritis in my hands so it's difficult to hold a book or kindle and I thought this would be perfect. It works great and I haven't had any problems with it. I had no trouble with the instructions and I like the ability to adjust with velcro. The only problem I have is that it's incredibly bulky and makes it very difficult to install my Kindle. Obviously I tend to fold things and the bulkiness of it makes that impossible. I have to put the smooth side on the table with the chunky handle sticking up in the air and I can't put anything on it. It doesn't seem like this should really be a problem, but in real life it is. If the part that grips your hand could be made thinner I think this would be an impressive product. I appreciate that I can adjust the part that goes through my hand as well as the position with velcro. I just can't deal with its bulkiness in everyday life.
