I really wanted to like these headphones. I now have 2 pairs of original Jaybird Vistas, the first lasted over a year and the second refused to connect to a phone on arrival. Further research has shown that connectivity issues with Jaybird products are known to be very serious. I'm not sure if they have bad batches that aren't properly tested, or if some people just got lucky and never encountered any major issues, but again these headphones refuse to not only connect to my smartphone, but... with multiple. others are from my family members. It also seems like their support system hasn't gotten any better. There's no support email address on the support page, there's no forum to discuss problems with other users, and the only way you're even going to get a rudimentary call is to contact a troubleshooting guy first.
