I first bought it to attach to my backpack or jacket while riding my motorcycle. It works for what it is, but I started using it for nights out with my wife. Bought the pink version for my wife and she loves it. There are 3 light functions. Slow flashing, fast flashing and steady light. The light is really visible from afar. So far there are no glitches and problems with it. The only thought is that it's so small you can't wrap it around your forearm or elbow.
