Overall satisfied using thinkOn software
Easy access to all applications through single console. Good performance for the price.Good documentation and good support from tech team. Sometimes it takes time to load the application but otherwise its okay. Should use more RAM as it slows down at times. Better performance would be great. We needed a solution which could provide us a single point of contact for various applications such as CRM, ERP etc. It was our first experience with a hybrid cloud platform. Thinkon has helped us manage all applications within one console.

- Support provided by their staff is quite responsive.
- The cost per GB used if better than other providers in market compared here
- Data backup facility available (limited)
- No additional charges incurred due this feature while using thinkone product suite
Cons
- Limited amount data storage capacity.
- Performance issues when loading some apps/pages
