Extremely poor customer service - infant mortality - power outage

I am a professional software developer and purchased this item on 03/13/22 as a sole replacement for two 27" monitors. About a month after receiving the monitor, my home experienced a power outage. Everything turned off of course. , the monitor never came on again. After weeks of calling support I finally received a return label, it's 6/27/2022 and LG still has my monitor! Called today to say the part ordered would be arriving tomorrow. Absolutely ridiculous customer service! Calls to the workshop go unanswered. Customer service representatives hardly speak English. I will never buy another LG product again because of this terrible customer service nightmare.
