Key and fob worked with our programmer
We spent $7 making two keys so our additional cost for two programmed keys with fob was $42. The local Chrysler dealer did not charge us for a PIN code (with car name and ID). It might be worth checking out the current prices and features for key programmers. We used the Launch X-431 torque scan tool, which isn't handy unless you're a car enthusiast or mechanic. The key fob requires no special equipment, if you have a working programmed remote the website offers two methods; Method (2) worked for us.
