Review on APEVIA 512L CBL Silent Anti Vibration Rubber by Rodrigo Harrison

Not the quietest fan I've ever used, but it puts out a decent amount of air and makes the Core2 Quad system I put it in look really great. Low budget intelligence system 10 years ago. The noise is by no means annoying or unbearable, but you will hear it. I could sleep through the night, no problem. LOTS of red, emitting a lot of light. They chug and chug, they didn't break, and the recipient liked the look of his computer. 'Enough. For that price I could get a Noctua fan without an LED - ONE. Noctua is good but not for a 10 year old car.
