Review on Replacement McNaval Standard Orthodontic Periodontal by Tim Armstrong

I only bought these for gum disease periodontal/pocket tip. This advice is a complete joke! With every other similar product, the flange at the end of the handpiece is made of semi-rigid rubber, allowing you to direct and control the jet under the gums. This product has a really pathetic piece of thin silicone or something. The jet cannot be controlled at all because when you bring the tip to the teeth, the flange folds slightly to the side and the jet is directed there. At least it was bad enough to make me laugh. Oh, I almost forgot that this flimsy tip leaked after a few tries, which somehow made it even more useless.
