I got these because I bought a new set of nonstick pans including some small ones. All of my utensils were huge and too big to use in the smallest of pans. So I bought them and they were perfect for mixing up soups and sauces. Of course I started trying them and found them to be very good tablespoons. The spoons don't get hot like the metal ones and won't burn your mouth (although hot sauce can!). They just feel good in the mouth so I bought a second set. I hand wash them and so far they are easy to clean. I usually just let them air dry before putting them away. They seem to be holding up well, although like all wooden utensils I'm sure they will wear out over time. I highly recommend it - you will find many uses for these little gems.
