I have only good things to say about this product and the seller. When I received the item I had a question and customer service responded quickly and professionally. As you can see from my photos, my cute 5kg Yorkie fits in very comfortably. We live near our historical square in the city center and often go shopping and eating there. This stretcher made it easy for me to take it with me and take it to the store with no problems. Everyone we met had to take a look and comment on what a great idea this is. Another plus is that my puppy is a bit shy and starts shaking when I take him outside. At the same time, she seemed much calmer and wasn't afraid at all. My only issue was that prior to our walk I had posted the first two photos of her inside before closing the pod and one of me walking inside with her. Many of my Facebook friends wrote in the comments "She can't breathe there!" or "She's getting too hot!" (as if I'd ever put my young child in any discomfort). This prompted me to snap additional photos showing how well this bag ventilates, as well as a black lid to fit in the shade in place of the bubble if needed. So remember, when you post photos of yourself on Facebook, don't forget to remind your friends that you're a loving and responsible pet owner, and yes, your pet can breathe it. In fact, we love this one so much that we'll probably order it in other colors because that's who we are. Buy one! You will love it!
