I had high hopes for this charger. It was exactly what I needed - something that could charge 3 devices at once, with enough power for a laptop if needed. I bought it mainly for a long vacation this summer. Everything was great for the first week of use. I basically charged two phones and an external battery. Then I noticed that the top connector stopped working. At first I thought it was the cable so I swapped it out. Do not go. I've tried three different cables that are known to work and they don't work at all. All of this happened, of course, in early July, a few weeks later as my returns window closed. I am really disappointed with this product - buyers should be aware that this is not a very high quality device.
