I hated every toilet brush I've tried and most with holders don't have rim cleaner. I had to deal with a brush that held water and left a wet mess in the hold. The base of each tuft of bristles fits into a small hole. A cave that cannot be cleared to accumulate garbage, ROCK! This cleans the toilet well and the brush flushes quickly. The thick rubber bristles are molded in one piece, allowing the eau de toilette to only get to the tip of the bristles and back into the toilet where it belongs. The handle stays clean because the brush is not a mush. It seems much more hygienic than the old style. I have a kitchen brush with similar bristles and I know from experience that it's a lot cleaner than a regular bristle brush so I didn't hesitate when I saw this design. It's hard to make a toilet brush exciting, but this thing does the job right and doesn't pick up dirt. It makes an awkward task a lot less of a nuisance knowing the tool isn't rough! Surprisingly, this guy isn't everywhere: this is a big improvement.
