Excellent for moving light trailers on hard surfaces. Do not drive over grass or soft surfaces with light trailers. This is a well designed but poorly designed way of attaching to a hitch. The carriage cannot articulate forward/backward or sideways/sideways under the hitch. You can only turn safely. They are also very short, requiring the person to bend down when turning or steering. I am requesting a refund after approximately 2 months of ownership as this has resulted in progressive damage to the hitch.
