Very easy to install and includes lots of extra parts should replacement be needed. There was a problem with the lack of water supply and he had to contact customer service. Richard was very polite and helpful, he even sent me an extra ASOV because I thought mine wasn't working. In the end, the T-connector didn't work properly. The product comes with an extra T-connector, so after replacing it everything worked great. Due to the winter freezes, Richard made many suggestions and precautions in case of boil reports from the city. Tastes great, better than branded water bottles. Everything tastes better now. The water tank holds about 3 gallons, which is more than enough. If you don't want to fill these 5 gallon bottles of sparkletts, you may have to wait 2 hours to fill the bottle. The pressure is very good and fills a regular water bottle in about 20 seconds. One downside is that you lose half the space at the bottom of the sink, the tank and filters are quite large, but we already knew that. I cannot recommend this system enough. Very satisfied!
