Difficult to install for a newbie like me

We really like these sinks, we only bought 3, one in our guest bathroom. Matched with matte black KES sinks, matte black Vigo faucets, Kirkland mirrors and mounted on a white quartz countertop. 2 problems: 1. There is a defect on one of the sinks. You can see in the close-up photo where I'm pointing to a spot on the inside corner of the sink. Since the porcelain didn't completely cover the original metal mold or something, I don't know how shells are made. We contacted the seller who offered to replace it for free but it would take a week or two which we didn't have so we had to abandon this sink. The sinks are NOT flat, they wobble easily. Maybe it's just because I've never installed sinks before, but is this normal? If you lean to one side, the other side will rise about 1/4 inch. So I spent a few hours and a trip to Lowe trying to figure out how to tone it down a bit. I ended up using metal washers and painters tape to make them as flat as possible and then applied a thick bead of caulk around the base. It worked and now they are perfectly level and don't wobble at all. After installing problems, they are super cool and we love them! However, here's a tip: if you buy flat-bottomed sinks like this, spend a few seconds after each use spraying water and trying to flush all the dirt/toothpaste/suds/hair down the drain.
