The only positive thing about this charger is that it is cheaper here than on the Dell website. The charger came and worked for several weeks and then stopped working entirely without warning. Based on online reviews, this is how the charger behaves whether you buy it from Revain or direct from Dell. After the original charger that came with the computer stopped working, the replacement seems like a total lemon. If you can't replace your PC and avoid the vicious cycle of swapping out your charger for a different charger, at least buy it here and not from Dell lest you end up paying almost twice as much. I'll try to get a new laptop as soon as possible but until then I'll have to go back and change my order as inevitably the chargers have stopped working and my computer is dead.
