The blinds themselves are fine. The rest of the package was disappointing.First, the screws to attach the brackets to the window frame, allegedly included, weren't there. Fortunately I had some others I could use.Second, the center bracket did have screws, but they were bizarrely long hex-head ones most people won't have the tools to use. Nor was the correct tool listed in the "tools required" section of the instructions. Again, I had to replace them with my own.Third, the valance clips had no instructions at all except "attach them," and how one should do so is not obvious.All this is totally preventable with some very basic user experience testing. That Spotblinds didn't do it really makes me wonder about the product quality. But we'll see how long they last.
