I swear I'll never know - this is the second one I've tried to buy. The first barely fell on the carpet and stopped working again after 2 days. It kind of messed up my files on my computer. I plugged it in to copy some files to see how it works and now my files are not loading on ALL MY COMPUTERS. I don't know if the device is trying to inject some other type of spyware or software into my computer, but then again I've stumbled across a device that I can't use and I need to send it back. MY ADVICE, stay away from this brand and product, TERRIBLE. And don't worry about the insurance, it's cheap, doesn't cover recovering your files, and you just get a refund from Revain and you've lost a dollar that you thought saved your information. BREATHTAKING. TO UPDATE. After shutting down and restarting my computer I now get notifications that I have never seen before and can say that I only tried to copy 8 songs to this device but when I tried to play the songs I forgot that they were on my computer. were there that I didn't copy. Do not buy. I don't do Alexa, I don't do the cloud, but it's one of those devices that gives INSTRUCTIONS on your computer. I'll just clear some space in my trusty old HP Passport - send it back and you're done.
