This band is beautiful and I love how it looks on my new Fitbit Sense. However, I am really very disappointed. I bought this band because I had previously bought another one in a different color for my old Fitbit. This band looked great and was so easy to slip on and off. This group is frustrating because it's incredibly difficult to get in and out of. I was only able to undo 2 clasps and one was on a link which I had to remove to get it to fit properly. Now I only have a clasp that opens but doesn't lay flat like my old band. This buckle remains bent, making it difficult to put on and take off the strap. I had to stop using it because a couple of times I thought I couldn't take it off at all and trying to put it back on takes too long. I'm so disappointed because it looks so pretty but I need to get it off my wrist quick and easy. 😥
