So far I like it - Accessories

I like this group so far. I wasn't sure if it would burst out of me or if I could get it wet, but I've showered with it a few times and it's worked well so far. The band comes with everything so I don't have to worry. It was a little big but the links are easy to remove. Removed a link and it fits well. I recommend.

It is almost impossible to adjust the size. The tool provided does not work.

The bracelet link remover is poorly designed and does not work. Not only do the pins not come out easily with the tool, but the tip of the tool breaks when you try to use it as intended. Apparently the seller knows about the broken pin because they give you TWO additional clues. We broke ALL THREE clues trying to get links but never got enough links to get the bar to the right size. We return the group. Such a disappointing experience. Save yourself a headache and frustration and don't buy this

Disappointed πŸ˜₯ Best Accessory

This band is beautiful and I love how it looks on my new Fitbit Sense. However, I am really very disappointed. I bought this band because I had previously bought another one in a different color for my old Fitbit. This band looked great and was so easy to slip on and off. This group is frustrating because it's incredibly difficult to get in and out of. I was only able to undo 2 clasps and one was on a link which I had to remove to get it to fit properly. Now I only have a clasp that opens but…
