. The (first) photo I'm attaching is just what I have at the moment, but I've also tried the newer RTDs from Atkin's Iced Coffee, for example. Premier Protein "Café Latte" Protein RTD is perhaps the best option that has a very good nutritional profile (high protein, low carb) and tastes great. In comparison, Atkin RTDs taste great (probably the best IMO) with a good nutritional profile, but they contain soy protein, which I try to avoid (because I want low estrogen levels). Iconic Protein RTDs have serious clotting problems; You'll end up biting your ass trying to drink RTD Iconic Protein. About "worm" reviews: I see some reviews here claiming to find "wormy" stuff in these Premier Protein RTDs, but what? They are shown in the pictures, VERY common in all high protein RTDs. These are NOT worms. What that line/thread is is a product that dries/hardens where it meets the air in the bottle; I added 2 additional pictures for explanation.
