At first I really liked this chair. It was pretty harsh, but it sounded good to me. it seemed comfortable. I work from home and sit in it all day. After a few months I noticed that my lower back was really starting to hurt. I blamed it on other things and put off going to the chiropractor. It hasn't disappeared. When I finally saw the chiropractor he straightened my spine and I could tell my back was better. But as soon as I got home and went back to work, the pain returned. I switched my chair to another and the pain subsided immediately. I visited the chiropractor again, he did the same rearrangement again and I stopped using the chair. Now my back is fine but I spent a lot of money on a chair I can't use and the doctor is charging for it. I think the downside is related to the seat angle, but I'm not sure. In general, use this chair at your own risk.
