Update: Returned. The so-called "hard" shield is not hard. It kept flexing from behind and hitting the spokes. Changed to 1 star. The bag itself is good, but the back panel that keeps the bag from hitting the bike buckles after a few rides. Mine has ridden a bike before. I haven't decided yet whether I'll come back or not. If this keeps up, I have to. Why not use a stronger piece of plastic instead of that thin piece? I don't understand some companies that want to save a few cents and then make their product worse. Not particularly impressed so far.
