A few years ago I bought an Ace knee brace and was looking for a replacement. This product is the closest match to my original purchase which had spikes on the side, but otherwise this product is identical. Although this is a highly stabilizing brace, I found that the material of the brace started to unroll after a few uses. The spikes on my original clip kept it from rolling off. As a result, I've found that while the familiar compartment stays where you place it, the material above the knee rolls off as you move. This will undoubtedly shorten the life of the orthosis, and it is tiresome to constantly refer to it. Analysis - Support is good and helps with knee pain. The flexible material shortens the service life and gets on your nerves.
