I've been using these knee pads for years. I had two knee surgeries and this knee brace gives me very good support. Gel around the kneecap helps with kneeling.

Love this knee pad. They are well made and offer just the right amount of support. The only disappointment is that I bought 4 of these and each one is a different length. Overall, I can highly recommend these open kneecap bandages.

Bought 2 due to knee pain. They don't really offer much support. They keep your knees warm if they don't slide down. I'm 6 feet tall, 200 pounds. Bought small/medium. This is too loose. I use for basketball. They kept sliding down my legs. It may be suitable for other activities. I replaced an old neoprene ace that worked great. Too bad they don't make these anymore. They offered a lot more support and stayed in place.

Provides amazing knee support. This knee brace is an excellent support device that is worn like a sock and securely fixed in the knee joint. It is important that the leg muscles are strong, and when the knee becomes inflamed, the leg and back become weak. Wearing this device allows me to resume my normal workout and work on keeping my legs strong. it can be washed and i put it to dry. When my knees buckle, I grab them and can function again. highly recommended.

I have used this brace on both knees for several weeks with positive results. I wear it at least 6-8 hours at a time. It's light, comfortable and the open kneecap area is a big plus. As a minister, I often kneel during services. This product allows me to do what was previously unbearable due to a total knee replacement on one of my knees with minimal discomfort in my knees. This is very frustrating. I bought the small/medium for my mom because it said 'Free Returns'. - I figured if that didn't work we could just send it back. Well, small/medium is too big. She is thin. A few years ago I bought an Ace knee brace and was looking for a replacement. This product is the closest match to my original purchase which had spikes on the side, but otherwise this product is identical. Although this is a highly stabilizing brace, I found that the material of the brace started to unroll after a few uses. The spikes on my original clip kept it from rolling off.
