This is very frustrating. I bought the small/medium for my mom because it said 'Free Returns'. - I figured if that didn't work we could just send it back. Well, small/medium is too big. She is thin. And "free returns" only when you bring the item to a Whole Foods or Kohls store. You can return it by other ways, but you need to pay $6. The pandemic is still ongoing. I do not go shopping. That's why I bought it from Revain in the first place. I could just go to the pharmacy to buy it if it weren't for the pandemic. So you REALLY need to check your size before buying. If you have skinny knees don't even bother or you'll lose $6 on return shipping.
